A list of teachers or long-term substitute teachers
The following list of teachers or long-term substitute teachers at the Indian River Charter High School have been reported as teaching Out-of-field (as required in Section 1012.42 F.S.) or who may not meet the federal highly qualified requirement for the 2007-08 school year or who have not met the State ESOL requirements. This means that, while the teacher is either fully certified or completing state certification or federal requirements, all or part of his/her current teaching assignment is not included in that certification. Teachers who are teaching out-of-field or who are not highly qualified are also required to pass the appropriate subject area exam. Out-of-field teachers must complete six semester hours of course work each year until they complete the required certification or until their assignment changes.
