Indian River Charter High School (“IRCHS”) provides SMS messaging services to facilitate communication between school employees and parents/guardians. By opting into IRCHS SMS services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Types of Messages
By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from IRCHS regarding:

School-related administrative communications as needed.

Messages are sent as needed and will vary in frequency depending on the circumstances.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt out, reply "STOP" to any message. Upon receiving your request, we will send a confirmation SMS, and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you wish to opt back in, you must re-enroll by contacting IRCHS.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling 772-567-6600 or visiting www.irchs.org.
5. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. For questions regarding charges, please contact your wireless provider.
6. No Liability for Message Delivery
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
