School Picture Day - August 20 Friday - In the Charter Hall
School Photo day is August 20th, this Friday. With limited time to photograph all of our students, we will need to work together to get all of our photos done before Homebase on Friday. Homebase should not be disrupted for photos unless absolutely necessary. Here is the planned schedule.
Friday, August 24:
Period 1: All English Classes
Period 2: All English Classes
Period 3: All English Classes
Period 4 :All English Classes
Period 6: All English Classes & All students in Electives who have not been photographed
Period 6: All English Classes & All students in Electives who have not been photographed
Period 7: All English Classes & All students in VAPA classes who have not been photographed
Period 8: All English Classes & Open (any students may come)
Period 9: Open (any students may come)
Homebase: for any students who have missed their photo
If you are missing your photos due to college classes, please plan to go during one of the break periods (periods 8 & 9) or after homebase only if you are able or during a break.
Seniors, these are NOT your formal yearbook photos, however, you DO need to take them for your ID cards.
In short: all students and faculty need to be photographed Friday.
ALL STUDENTS MUST ENTER through the side doors of the charter hall, not through the offices where the counselors are - see map for details (graphic attached for clarity)
